The Graphic Designer & Digital Media Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by creating visually compelling and innovative sales bids and proposals. This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of all bid-related materials, working closely with the sales team to present persuasive, high-impact designs that drive client engagement. The ideal candidate will also manage the company’s digital presence, ensuring consistency across all platforms while focusing primarily on bid design and sales support.

Position Responsibilities:

Sales Bid & Proposal Design:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually striking, custom proposals, bids, and presentation materials tailored to prospective clients.

Lead the creative process for sales bids, contributing innovative design ideas that enhance the value proposition and differentiate the company’s offerings.

Develop templates and design systems to streamline the proposal process, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all sales materials.

Work directly with sales leadership to understand client needs and incorporate strategic design elements that support the sales narrative.

Oversee the production of client-facing documents, ensuring high-quality visuals and accuracy in content before submission.

Graphic Design:

Design a wide range of marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, product sheets, infographics, and print materials that align with overall marketing objectives.

Maintain and organize an extensive library of graphic assets for use in proposals and marketing campaigns.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet the company’s visual standards.

Stay current with design trends to continually offer fresh, creative solutions for marketing and sales materials.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Act as the a point of contact for design-related needs within the sales and marketing teams.

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales executives and marketing leaders, to gather input and feedback on design projects.

Lead brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to develop creative concepts that support the sales team’s goals.

Project & Campaign Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work, particularly for sales-related deadlines.

Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while focusing primarily on bid-related deliverables.

Track performance metrics related to proposals and bids, providing insights on the impact of design elements in the sales process.

Digital Media Management (Secondary Responsibility):

Support the company’s digital presence, including social media management and website content updates, as a secondary responsibility to sales bid design.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance online engagement while ensuring all digital materials align with the company’s overall branding strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on sales bids or client proposals.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.

Proven experience in developing innovative, high-impact sales materials.

Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including sales proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
