Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and patient acquisition and retention. You will work closely with our leadership team and cross-functional departments to shape marketing initiatives that align with our business goals and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, direct mail, radio, and TV) to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Lead Generation:

Design and optimize lead generation strategies to attract prospective patients, with a focus on sleep apnea solutions.

Content Creation and Brand Management:

Oversee content creation, branding initiatives, and media and vendor relations to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Digital Marketing & SEO:

Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising, ensuring maximum reach and ROI.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Partnerships & Collaboration:

Build relationships with external partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand presence and attract more patients.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and initiatives are cost-efficient.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand building, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.

Experience with data-driven marketing and the ability to analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, sleep medicine, or related industries.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
