The RoleThe Honest Company has kicked off a search for a Paid Media Marketing Manager, Brand to support our Paid Media Team! In this role, you’ll assist with day-to-day campaign strategy & optimization across the Honest baby + adult portfolios to drive traffic and customer acquisition across our media channels. This person will execute innovative content strategies to reach our customers where they’re consuming media, while supporting campaign objectives, strategies and KPIs. What you’ll do:

Develop ads across all paid media channels (inclusive of, but not limited to Streaming, Paid Social, OLV, Content Partnerships, Display, Paid Search & Affiliate) to hit a range of KPIs from upper-funnel brand awareness and demand generation to DR customer acquisition, all optimized to maximize media efficiency

Lead ongoing testing and optimization across channels (paid search copy, image assets, video content, audience segmentation, landing pages, etc.) and manage internal feedback loop

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and campaigns that drive profitable sales and revenue across our brand and retail channels

Assist with yearly and quarterly budget planning to develop the right media strategy that will drive optimal growth for Honest

Work collaboratively with internal teams to request, compile and create assets for all areas of the funnel

Ensure the timely communication of sales, promotions, campaign launches and business objectives to external agencies

Research and develop content that is relevant, on-trend and that will generate high engagement and CTR

Work with our affiliate agency to develop and execute new tests, partners and strategies to grow channel while maintaining ROI

Ideate and shoot UGC-style content for paid social campaigns when necessary

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in relevant fields (growth, performance and/or digital marketing) for an e-commerce or CPG company

Proven track record of running full funnel media campaigns to generate awareness, increase traffic and drive conversion

Deep knowledge of industry trends, platform trends and competitive positioning

Comfortable in Google Analytics and Tableau

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $104,000 - 142,000. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
