Establish strategic marketing objectives that align with the company’s goals, mission, and values, and ensure they are met across multiple business unitsDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, monitor KPIs, and manage resources effectively, including budget requests and proposalsLead, inspire, and manage the marketing team while collaborating with business partners to achieve shared outcomes, maintaining compliance with laws and regulationsContinuously evaluate marketing campaigns for improvement by leveraging analytics, industry trends, and insights to provide proactive recommendationsOversee cross-functional projects, ensuring professionalism and ethical standards are upheld
