Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.The RoleLumen is seeking an experienced, innovative and dynamic Senior Lead Technology Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategy and provide marketing support for Industry Solutions Vertical (ISV) and new technology partner types in the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, technology industry, partner ecosystems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing plans, programs, and campaigns for co-sell technology partners types.LocationThis is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, plans and programs to support ISV and new co-sell technology partner types.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GPS leadership, product management, sales, and partner teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.Develop and deliver marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, social media/digital content, to support partner marketing efforts.Collaborate with the marketing campaign team to drive partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and retention.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.Align and manage MDF and budget to support strategic marketing plans.Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.Manage relationships with key partners and partner marketing teams, ensuring they have the necessary marketing support to succeed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.What We Look For in a CandidateBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for co-sell technology partners.Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.Knowledge of ISV, partner ecosystems and channel marketing strategies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:MBAMarketing or advanced education certificationsCertification in project management (e.g., PMP)CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
