The ideal candidate for this role brings a leadership mentality that is key to executing high profile creative for a variety of different audiences & platforms. Specifically, our Manager, Post Production/Editor will have: 10+ years experience as an Editor that has a love for brand storytelling through video.A keen eye for details & extensive knowledge on all the latest technology available in the post production industry.The uncanny ability to take an idea, creative direction & feedback and distill them down into content that delivers high impact & engagement for our audiences.Technical capabilities that include, but not limited to, ingesting & transcoding footage, organizing and cataloging a massive amount of raw footage, creating and implementing graphics, music & SFX search, delivering edit versions and final versions to respective teams & agency partners.This role reports up to the Director of Integrated Production and is ultimately responsible for delivering best in class content for our Brand, Media & Integrated Marketing teams through high-quality video edits that align with our brand voice & strategy. Responsibilities Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and internal communications.Innovation: Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality and impact of video content.Post-Production: Manage all aspects of post-production including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics/animations.Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video projects.Media Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, ensuring easy access and proper storage.Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.#LI-HybridWhat we expect from you Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Communications or related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of professional video editing experience. Or a portfolio of creative editing that mirrors experience level. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.Animation Skills: Experience with motion graphics and animation.Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content supports marketing goals.Creative Skills: Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines."Wendy's was built on the premise, "Quality is our Recipe®," which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
