Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in B2B projects to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating inspiring spaces, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:Meet and collaborate with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for their spaces.Provide expert advice on design possibilities and solutions.2. Design Development:

Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial and residential spaces.3. Space Planning:

Develop detailed space plans that optimize the use of available space.4. Material and Finish Selection:

Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the client's vision and project requirements.5. 3D Visualization:

Produce high-quality 3D renderings and presentations to help clients visualize the proposed design concepts.6. Project Management:

Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.7. Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.8. Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.9. Market Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements to provide cutting-edge design solutions.Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on B2B projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Portfolio showcasing a range of completed B2B interior design projects.What You Should Know About This Team
