Outstanding opportunity for a Marketing Manager with an industry leading industrial products manufacturer. This person drives the marketing function for the organization, supporting the sales team with marketing materials, and ensuring the effective utilization of marketing content and channels to achieve business goals.

The successful candidate will possess a strong action orientation, proven understanding of marketing and sales processes, excellent attention to detail, and the desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include:

Develop marketing materials, communication collateral, product positioning documents, and training documentation to further enable the commercial team. Use feedback from the sales team to improve the effectiveness of marketing content and strategies.Develop high-quality sales presentations, case studies, and talking points that clearly communicate the value of the company's products and empowers the sales team to effectively engage with prospects and customers.Develop and deliver compelling messaging that clearly articulates the value of the company's products and services to different customer segments.Support the development and maintenance of the company website, working closely with web developers/designers to ensure SEO optimization, branding, and UX. Monitor site analytics and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversion rates.Develop and maintain key databases including market data (ex: AMI deployments), customer data, and product line penetration data. Develop visual methods to share data with relevant stakeholders.Conduct competitor landscape and product analysis, execute Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, maintain current knowledge of electric utility industry and emerging trends/news to identify and capitalize on opportunities, and leverage insights to inform messaging, positioning, and sales strategies.Support revenue growth by integrating and aligning marketing strategies with sales and customer success efforts, enhancing the overall customer experience and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and streamlined processes. Track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to ensure revenue goals are met.Manage and maintain the company's product portfolio and disseminate quarterly updates to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with sales, engineering, and executive leadership team to plan and execute successful product launches and campaigns. Develop story boards on potential product use-cases and present to prospective customers.Requirements:

4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.5+ years of experience in industrial products marketing management including sales support, market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, marketing material development, and website project oversight.Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies.Demonstrated graphic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus).Proven multitasking and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot to meet evolving priorities.Strong analytical tool kit with advanced Excel use.Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, ability to learn and understand new products and technologies, and desire to build success in a collaborative team environment while working across multiple functional areas.Desire to learn and develop within a growing manufacturing business with complex and technical product lines.
