Work From Near (Hybrid)
capacity based out of one of the following offices: Charlottesville, VA, Durham, NC, Columbus, OH, or Boston, MA

capacity.The Opportunity
Our Growth Marketer will drive awareness and generate leads for our newly launched enterprise-grade AI engine, Fuel iX. Our ideal candidate will have experience scaling and optimizing marketing strategies within the tech industry, particularly in solutions serving large enterprises. Furthermore, they will have demonstrated experience in campaign management, product-lead growth, and new customer acquisition strategy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leadsUtilize a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (web, social media, paid media, email, etc)Align marketing strategies with product capabilities and market needsImplement A/B optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagementLeverage analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet business objectivesWork with content and design teams to manage the completion of content development and artifacts for publicationQualifications3-8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS productsFamiliarity with and passion for generative AI technologiesDemonstrable experience in successfully scaling and optimizing digital marketing campaignsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growthKnowledge of the latest marketing technologies and trends, with a particular interest in AI and enterprise software solutionsAbility to successfully partner and align with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience with market automation and digital analytics tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Excellent communication and teamwork skills and strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environmentComfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities based on market needsAutonomous self-starter who thrives on a team where initiative and innovation are celebrated and rewardedWhy WillowTree?
