SS+K is seeking an Associate Creative Director who will primarily work as a team with a dedicated Associate Creative Director/Art Director partner. They will be responsible for all aspects of creative development on integrated brand campaigns and projects large and small. A highly conceptual thinker who can develop media agnostic big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production. Will act as an integral part of the creative team for existing clients as well as new business. Open to hiring an individual or as a creative team with an Associate Creative Direct/ Art Director.
What you'll do:
Highly conceptual thinker with strong and versatile copywriting ability on integrated brand campaigns.Highly adept at crafting communication for everything from film, to radio, to OOH, to social and beyondCan autonomously own large projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at onceEnsure integrity and quality of written communication throughout all phases of a given project and esp. when translated to linear media, interactive media, and physical environmentsCreative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problemsFoster strong client relationships and support junior teams presentationsPresents to client in clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the work, the Agency and visionNurture junior talent through clear direction, constructive feedback and passing onknowledge and expertiseOversee the evolution of the work and provide senior thought leadership with a mature perspectiveAbility to interact at all levels of the company and with external parties in a professional manner maintaining effective communication, both written and spokenUnderstanding the client's needs with the ability to develop, present and sell creative concepts to clientsEnsures that the client work is both on strategy and creatively superior and distinctiveWhat you'll bring:
6-10+ years in an agency environment preferred, in client-facing rolesRobust experience with the integrated campaigns, from strategic developmentthrough creative development and deliveryMastery of creative language with an ability to capture a diverse range of tones and Styles across a wide range of brands from earnest to humorous and everything inbetweenProduction experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and printedTravel may be required
