Job Summary
We are seeking a Front-End Developer with a strong set of technical skills who brings a get-the-job-done attitude. You must understand end users, possess attention to detail and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will work in Adobe Experience Manger to manage all content updates and product set up from start to finish across several brand websites. You will assist in website maintenance, updates, banner change outs, daily site QA, asset management and other content related enhancements. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and ability to interface with software development engineers, IT and several other cross functional teams. Other responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
• Manage product set up, content updates, refreshing assets, across multiple brand websites.
• Proficient in Adobe Experience Platform - DAM - A/B Testing - Shopify
• Author and publish website content and advocate communicating best practices for UX Principles, SEO
• Act as the SME for owned projects providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop mitigation plans and proactively address challenges to keep the project on track.
• Outline quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet established standards with internal checklists. Conduct testing and reviews at key project milestones.
• Organize and maintain a content and digital creative library; share and communicate new content internally; update and maintain SAAS platforms regularly
• Resolve publishing & production issues such as CMS process issues, by alerting the team and working with IT and overseas development teams to resolve them in a timely manner
• Manage website maintenance and QA to ensure all offers, landing pages, copy, functional and non-functional elements are accurate and operational. Follow-up to resolve issues
• Strong project management skills. Highly organized, yet creative thinker, with a positive and collaborative approach to creative problem solving. Experience with Jira/Atlas
• Manage communication and follow up with internal Product Teams as well as Global Teams to collect assets, pricing, product documents and any other content related to product set up.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications then implement and deploy.
• Passion for providing the best customer experience and is comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 3+ year's experience in web development
• Solid experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet rapidly changing agile environment.
• This is an in-person role in our NJ office 4 days a week.
Salary: $80k- 100k, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and other leaves.
