Marketing Manager:Horizon Health is seeking a Marketing Manager for our BRAND NEW Outpatient Clinic in Arden Hills, MN called Thousand Branches Wellness. This position is responsible for the provision of sales, marketing, and customer service activities within the community. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for achieving the budgeted utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods, as well as being responsible for the clinic's strategic marketing plan, enhancing the clinic's brand and image, management of all sales and business development activities.Responsibilities:Insure intake and business development relationships and collaborationDevelop and maintain accounts and referral source communicationMaintain documentation of sales calls, call plans, account profiles, and productivityIdentify elements that drive ADVReview reports that impact marketing decisionsDevelop clinic strategy planDevelop process of identifying key accounts and market playersProvide routine reports to Corporate Leadership based on data/ analytics to track clinic trends and identify opportunitiesAbout Thousand Branches Wellness:Situated in beautiful Mission Valley, Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy.
