The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing strategy for our rapidly expanding e-commerce silver mint, specializing in fine silver bullion products for investors and collectors. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth. You will work with a talented team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and analyze market trends to optimize our positioning within the precious metals industry. Responsibilities

Developing Marketing Strategies:

Design and implement marketing plans to meet company goals. Analyze market trends and customer data to target potential audiences effectively. Identify growth opportunities and set objectives for campaigns.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee advertising campaigns (online, social media, email, and offline). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, creative teams) to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure they stay within budget.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze data from campaigns, customer feedback, and sales reports to adjust strategies.

Brand Management:

Maintain and grow the company's brand image, ensuring consistency in all marketing materials and platforms. Develop content, visuals, and messaging that align with the brand identity.

Digital Marketing and SEO:

Manage online presence through SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies. Oversee website traffic and conversion metrics, optimizing the digital marketing funnel.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Allocate budgets for various marketing activities and ensure efficient use of resources. Forecast marketing performance and adjust plans based on ROI (Return on Investment).

Collaboration and Leadership:

Lead and mentor the team based on experience and needs. Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Manage customer databases, segment audiences, and target personalized marketing efforts.

Reporting and Metrics:

Measure the performance of marketing campaigns through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Adaptation to Trends:

Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, platforms, and trends to keep the brand competitive.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messages and work cross-functionally.

Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and branding.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or content management systems (CMS).
