Textile Designer

We're looking for a talented and innovative creative designer to join our design team at PBS-Home Goods. The designer will play a pivotal role withing the design team focusing on the development of design collection, graphics, and patterns for products in the soft home category. This position requires someone with an eye for detail collaborating with sales and production internal team.QUALIFICATIONS:Creative thinker able to translate concepts into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs for the Home Goods market.A keen eye for detail, color, composition, and typography, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency.Proven experience as a designer withing the home textile/product development industry.Proficiency in creating original prints, graphics, and reworking existing artwork both in Photoshop and Illustrator.Highly organized with can-do attitude.Proficient management skills and ability to prioritize work and juggle multiple tasks.Bachelor's Degree in Textile DesignJOB DESCRIPTION:Develop original and eye-catching patterns for various product categories, demonstrating a keen understanding of aesthetics and consumer preferences.Collaborate with the creative director and product development team to generate innovative and trendsetting home product ideas.Research current market trends, competitor designs to inspired design concept.Create cohesive and innovative designs that align with brand identity and seasonal trend.Assist overall design-related task to support the team's overall objective.
