You will develop and implement marketing strategies, create sales enablement tools, and manage the product life cycle to achieve corporate goals. · Develop and manage key product lines to drive revenue growth.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product execution.· Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategy.· Manage the product life cycle to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.· Lead new product launches with comprehensive go-to-market plans.· Engage with Key Opinion Leaders to enhance product offerings and drive adoption.· Provide training and support for sales teams.· Develop compelling messaging and content to differentiate products.· Collaborate with marketing communications team.· Write white papers.· Travel approximately 25% of the time.Essential Requirements
· 3-5 years of product marketing experience, including new product launches in laser and pulsed light.· Understanding of the medical device industry.· Proficiency with presentations, Adobe, Excel, and project management tools.· Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management.· Excellent communication and storytelling skills.· Ability to master scientific and technical content.· Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.· Leadership and teamwork skills.·Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.· Bachelor's degree.
