Description:We are looking for a FT Marketing/Communication Manager to join our Senior Management team located at our RH Scott Office located in Great Falls, MT. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area. Marketing/Communication Manager is responsible for, but not limited to: directing all marketing activities and processes, including our digital messaging on websites, social media, e-commerce and campaigns. Designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyze data traffic and user metrics and ensure the consistency of our brand’s digital tone and presence. Assist in developing e-alert notices to be sent to our membership. Direct, organize and represent the credit union to Malmstrom AFB and Community events and functions. Creating financial awareness using various media outlets, digital platforms, marketing techniques, strategies and/or unique ways to assist to build membership, strengthen relationships, generating loans, and building deposits with sales of products and services for the credit union. Enhance and drive Marketing tools and platforms to better assist member interaction and communication, striving to help meet and exceed credit union goals. Responsible to develop Annual Marketing budget and track expenditures within budget. Direct marketing communications, to help message initiatives, campaigns, programs and relationship building. Work with Airforce Base Services to promote the credit union on local bases. Perform additional duties as assigned by the President/CEO. Requirements: •Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.•2 + years of prior Credit Union experience preferred.•Previous Supervisory experience helpful.•Significant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing performing business planning, strategy, and operations.•Must be able to work with Managers in coordinating messages consistently in each office/department. Assist Branches using the credit union’s and each branch’s uniqueness to our advantage in the communities.•Experience with web analytics tools and using data to make decisions.•Demonstrated experience with analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to use data to break down complex problems and formulate plans.•Experience with ecommerce businesses and technologies involved including e-commerce platforms, web content management, product content management tools, and website traffic analytics platforms and tools.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with leadership, peers, staff and vendors.•Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Photoshop, InDesign publishing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics •Must be out-going and sociable and able to work a few evenings or weekends on occasion, be able to travel to all Credit Union offices and have a valid driver’s license.
