This position provides media advertising strategies and customer service to both TGL League and Team sponsors and external clients through a digital media operations department. Responsibilities focus on the operational sales process and communication, cross-platform media campaigns, and campaign activation, fulfillment, and analysis.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned media sales leads, account management and business development teams along with their respective clients and agencies; ensure timely, thorough, and accurate responses to all correspondences related to site ad operations, ad specifications, qualitative and quantitative research requests, and ad product capabilities.Work closely with the PGA TOUR Revenue Operations team to fulfill all digital ad campaigns and requirements, including developing and overseeing successful testing prior to the inaugural season and future release of new ad products.Collaborate with league sponsors and agencies to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the media buying lifecycle, to include proposal strategy/ideation, creative asset gathering and management, launch and campaign pacing confirmation, performance/delivery updates, and campaign recapsSupport the internal Partnerships team with reporting and financial analysis including in-season and post-season partner reports (impression reports and partnership valuation), inventory forecasting across platforms (broadcast, digital, social, venue) and financial modellingDetermine various ad products relative value and efficiency by analyzing sell-through, viewability, click-through and other relevant kpi'sWork with Partnerships and Finance teams to manage revenue sharing partnershipsServe as the liaison between the league and six TGL teams to provide the same revenue operations services for the teams and their respective sponsorsGain comprehensive knowledge of TGL digital and partner ad portfolios; responsible for educating partnership team on new and innovative offerings and ad platform capabilities to better inform compelling, performance-driven proposalsProvide advanced operational knowledge in inventory forecasting, data analysis, and campaign optimization; serve as resource to the immediate team within these areas via technical platformsProvide ongoing ad product and campaign performance analysis which evaluates the effectiveness of client activations beyond standard delivery metrics, highlights industry benchmarks, and outlines strategy implementationResponsible for ensuring timely, thorough, and accurate communication with key internal stakeholders (Sales/Corporate Partnerships, Systems Support, Ad Product, Content, Finance and Legal) involved in the media sales and fulfillment processSpecial projects or other duties as assignedRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising/Marketing, or related field or equivalency3+ years of experience in Advertising, Client Services and/or Sales SupportExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsExperience managing budgets, media campaigns and/or programsExperience with ad trafficking systems (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Freewheel) and order management systems (e.g. Operative, Fat Tail) a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office products; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint requiredGolf or sports knowledge/background a plus
