We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team and help us create exceptional user experiences for frontend web applications, dynamic enterprise systems, and interactive reports.Responsibilities:Design and develop user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and evaluate user requirements.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work across various devices and screen sizes.Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Qualifications:Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work on a W-2 without sponsorship now or in the future; cannot work 1099 or C2C
