Position Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous
Marketing Project Manager
to join our fast-moving marketing team. As the Marketing Project Manager, you care immensely about process, organization and putting the team in the best position possible to reach our department goals while balancing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages marketing projects including Digital, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Events, and larger scale projects. Maintain project details within the status monitoring system that incorporates all major projects and the timelines for review and completion of each Communicate consistently with marketing leadership and team members to understand current and upcoming projects and the associated needs for the projects Organize and monitor project status, schedule, and deliverables Demonstrate commitment to stakeholder needs and on-time project delivery Communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders and team members via email, phone, and in-person meetings Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as data gathering, email, PowerPoint, calendar management, and project organization Assist team in project and asset pickup from vendors, delivery from vendors, and collection of information for vendors Interface with relevant vendors, contractors and agencies to ensure deliverables are clearly understood and deadlines are met Understands core business units and how marketing projects impact them, with an ability to prioritize accordingly Assist in certain functional areas of marketing as needed, including social media, copywriting, proofreading and more Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, business or another related major Highly organized, with a proven history of at least 3 or more years of project management experience Ability to manage multiple projects at once An understanding of critical marketing components, including digital marketing, social/content marketing, graphic design and more. Experience with agency or vendor management Excellent coordination and communication skills Strong writing skills with attention to grammar
