Our client is looking to fill the role of Sr. Designer to focus on and elevate Apparel Golf. The Sr. Designer will obsess golf and bringing design and function to life. This is an opportunity to be part of a great success story.
Responsibilities:Design and manage multiple product platforms that answers product and merchandising brief, price point andmargin target.Work within an integrated team of design, development, and product line management; act as key point ofcontact at pod meetings, lab dip approvals and fittings.Make key decisions related to product and procedureOwn creation and presentation of category content (merch pages, decks, mood boards, trim and fabricboards)Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, technical packages and BOMsLead creation and milestone deliverablesPartner directly with product and merch leads to deliver appropriate assortment.Present as design lead at milestone meetings; design check points, style design review, color review
Required Qualifications:
Passion every day to design compelling and cutting-edge product.Solid understanding of construction and materials; preferably well versed in manufacturing techniques.Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching.Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group.Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and to successfully meet multiple deadlinesBachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years ofrelevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters inBaltimore, MD.Return To Work Designation: 3 days a week in office
