Summary:
Marketing Insights enhances the value Meta branded products' deliver to people and the business. Our researchers go beyond answering briefs. They are partners who help identify opportunities and actualize marketing strategies. We're seeking a Marketing Insights Researcher to join the Meta brand Marketing Insights team. They will work on Meta branded products, including Meta AI. This person will will be responsible for designing, executing, and delivering high impact research (both quantitative and qualitative), translating the strategic insights from this work into clear, implications, and actioning them in marketing and beyond. Resilience, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity are a must. As is having a passion not just for doing the research, but the process that comes before and after. While the bulk of the work is product focused, this researcher should be adept at brand thinking too and understand how interactions contribute or detract from overall impressions of Meta.

Marketing Insights Researcher Responsibilities:
Translate key business questions into a holistic learning plans
Juggle competing priorities and interrogate research requests to ensure we are answering the right questions
Design and execute qual and quant research across multiple methods. Identify the right respondent recruitment , tradeoffs, craft questionnaires, discussion guides, analysis.
Analyze, understand, integrate product usage data, UXR, and other inputs into plans and outputs as to make coherent data-backed business cases
Design and execute research including foundational “understand” work with key audiences, campaign development, creative and message testing
Translate research findings into marketing strategy
Work closely with cross functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, Global Marketing Insights teams) - both for crafting research (key questions, messages, creatives) and actioning the results
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research.
Experience scoping in ambiguity
Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling strategies.
Effective communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise, executive level syntheses to influence business decisions and strategies.
Experience to learn and navigate complex organizational dynamics by building relationships
Public Compensation:
$138,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
