Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage complex internal and external programs to deliver highly visible business-aligned outcomes.
Serve as trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders regarding program objectives and outcomes.
Accountable for completion of program tasks and deliverables, development of business processes to meet program objectives
Ensure program performance against defined goals and objectives is reported and improvement strategies are implemented
Lead process and program improvement projects to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 6 years of experience with program program development or program management
At least 4 years of experience managing financial budgets and/or accounting tasks
Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Ability to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently
Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
