We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Assistant Design Project Manager in Albany, NY. Based out of our client's office, you’ll assist the Senior and Associate Architect to deliver services that are responsive to the needs of our client agencies. You’ll be responsible for projects that are budget and deadline driven and require extensive knowledge of building/fire codes and architectural standards.

'- 6+ years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building construction and rehabilitation projects with 4+ years of that experience as a Superintendent or Project Engineer responsible for large-scale projects valued above $5 million

Extensive knowledge of architectural standards and building/fire codes

Knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast scheduling and costs, preparation of change order review, and the review of payments

OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
