Simply put, they are all about delivering exceptional quality, detail, and style in every project they undertake.As a Senior Interior Designer, you will:Lead and manage luxury residential design projects from concept to completion.Deliver high-quality, custom designs consistent with the company's aesthetic and standards.Independently and confidently oversee all phases of design, from material selection to construction documentation.Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to bring designs to life, ensuring an outstanding service experience.Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate the entire team.Engage in regular design reviews with the Director of Design, ensuring projects stay on track and on brand.Qualifications:A minimum of 7 years of experience at a full-service design or architecture firm, with at least 4 years specifically in luxury residential new construction.Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and NCIDQ Certification is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and working knowledge of Photoshop.Experience with Studio Designer is a plus (training available).Strong leadership, communication, and luxury customer service skills.A sophisticated design aesthetic aligned with the company's vision and a commitment to delivering thoughtful solutions.Compensation and BenefitsAnnual Salary + Bonus Potential + Full Benefits PackageFull benefits package includes medical insurance (100% covered by employer for the employee), dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, 401K with company match, Holidays, PTO, office closure between Christmas Eve to New Year's Day, team gatherings, and much more.
