Job Description:
SFMC Development: Enhance and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business objectives and marketing strategies.Technical Leadership: Lead technical research initiatives, keeping up with industry trends and recommending innovative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for SFMC campaign recommendations, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for team members.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SFMC-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of marketing campaigns.Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their marketing technology needs, providing strategic guidance and recommending solutions aligned with their business goals.Required Skills:
Proven experience as an SFMC Developer with operational experience.Proficiency in AMP script, SQL, HTML, and CSS.Demonstrated ability to lead technical research initiatives and provide strategic insights for marketing technology.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Preferred Skills:
Proven experience as an SFMC Developer with operational experience.Demonstrated ability to lead technical research initiatives and provide strategic insights for marketing technology.Expected Deliverable(s):
