About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web publication, proficiency with Simpplr, and extensive experience in SharePoint integration and migration.
This role requires a creative individual who can design intuitive and engaging user interfaces while ensuring seamless integration and migration of SharePoint sites.
Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for Simpplr and SharePoint sites.• Manage and execute SharePoint integration and migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.• Utilize Simpplr for efficient web publication and content management.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma or Axure• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and SharePoint projects.• Familiarity with Simpplr for web publication.• Hands-on experience with SharePoint integration and migration.• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Axure.• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.• Certification in UI/UX design or SharePoint administration.
