Job Description
A company in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is looking for a contract UX Designer to join their team. Their responsibilities include:
Designs, prototypes, and tests information architectures, as well as user interfaces and task flows for Web-based or other software products, including mobile and web console devices.
Designs and conducts usability tests using data-driven methods, analyzes data and communicates findings.
Conducts research through all phases of a products lifecycle to understand behavior and needs, validates, and iterates on solutions, and identifies workflow improvements.
Consults with usability developers, back-end developers, marketing, and products teams to meet technical business objectives for product design. - Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines.
Translates user needs and business requirements into workable wireframes, user task flow diagrams, and functional design specifications.
Identifies requirements and enhances usability and aesthetic appeal of digital experience through the design of interactive flows, sketches, story boards, wireframes, motion studies, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Leads the front-end design of websites for wireless content downloads.
Responsible for the design and development of engaging, effective user experiences for a digital product or product type to drive customer adoption.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of related experience
Proficient in Figma
Experience with Creative cloud
Familiarity with testing using Maze and UserZoom - Service Design Experience null
