In this cross-functional role, you will partner with teams across Uiflow to build the best documentation site on the web, build intuitive and accessible in-studio documentation, and help technically minded enterprise teams get up and running with Uiflow.ResponsibilitiesOwn the long-term roadmap for user-facing documentation at Uiflow, as well as in-studio documentation based on markdown.Understand the competitive landscape and foster Uiflow’s leadership position in the area of user experience and documentation.Work with Engineers and Designers to build and launch creative new documentation experiences and tools.Be a staunch advocate for our users, get to know their needs, and deliver to them the best documentation experience possible.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing for consistency among all documentation.Develop guidelines and concepts for vocabulary in documentation and consistency across our platform.Manage document updates as new features are launched.Projects You May Work OnCreate complete usage documentation for Uiflow Studio, Flowlang, Environments, Component Libraries, and CLI on docs.uiflow.com.Complete documentation for all existing Uiflow components, including descriptions, state information, actions, etc. We currently have about 150 components.About YouYou have 2+ years of technical writing experience.You have 2+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience shipping high-quality products.Have shipped user-facing or API products, built on complex technical systems running at scale.Have persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your documentation is successful and impactful.Bring strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.Enjoy being a generalist working on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users.Have thrived in a highly collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.Take pride in working on projects to successful completion.Not required, but it would be great if...You are familiar with other no-code tools and have built no-code applications.You’ve personally built web applications with code and know the hard parts.You are comfortable planning in quarters and can set a vision for several years.You are comfortable working with geographically distributed teams.BenefitsAt Uiflow, we offer competitive benefits including access to a 401k, unlimited time off, and a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans.A fully remote workplace and stipend to set up your at-home workspace.A generous stipend to support continued education, development, and provide the tools you need to do the best job possible.$100 Monthly DoorDash credit.About UiflowNo-code platform for enterprise software companies.Company Size:
