Amazon Advertising is searching for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead its efforts in building an Ad Technology suite. As the P-TPM for Ad Tech, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing mechanisms that ship features successfully. This includes working with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and other teams to plan what their contributions to features will be, tracking progress of those, and identifying how to streamline all of the above.

Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations to develop and deploy a comprehensive program portfolio strategy, aimed at shortening the planning cycle and paving the way for continuous iteration and improvement of programs.Lead team functioning as primary interface and communication hub for Strategic Sales Initiatives (strategy, operating model and areas of improvement).Identify and explore opportunities to use automation, machine learning and other technologies to improve the creation and implementation of go to market models.Lead the development, implementation and execution of process improvement initiatives, including identification of business process gaps, impact assessment, and recommendations.Represent business needs in the development of technical roadmaps, priorities and requirements, ensuring support of business need in the near and long term.Lead cross functional initiatives to identify technology dependencies and handoffs, and partner with technology teams to ensure seamless flow of data and functionality need to support the process end to end.
