We're honored that Haus has been recognized as one of 2024's exceptional startups!What You'll DoHaus is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a dynamic Field Event Marketing Lead to accelerate our brand presence and drive pipeline growth through in-person events. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and brand, to execute a calendar of engaging events that foster meaningful connections with our target audiences.Our ideal candidate has strong experience in event strategy and execution, and is passionate about building community through impactful event experiences. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution while ensuring measurable outcomes that contribute to our company’s growth.Responsibilities:Define the field marketing strategy that supports our overall company objectives, focusing on aligning events with broader business goals such as customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth.Lead the strategic planning and execution of events (including Haus-owned events, partner-sponsored events, conferences and summits, roadshows, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives and driving measurable outcomes.Manage all aspects of event coordination including: strategy, objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, speaking opportunities, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, logistics, and budget.Identify and secure strategic speaking opportunities at relevant industry events to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.Track and analyze key event metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation, pipeline impact) to evaluate performance, generate insights, and optimize future event strategies in alignment with business objectives.Create immersive brand experiences that resonate with enterprise audiences, including unique swag, experiences, and creative touches.Qualifications3-5 years of field event marketing or enterprise marketing experience, particularly in event planning, brand activations, and customer engagement.Deep knowledge of the tech ecosystem and an understanding of how events fit into the broader enterprise marketing landscape.Proven experience managing end-to-end event logistics and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Based in North America and willing to travel for events as necessary.About YouYou deeply understand the foundations of marketing and how events can play a critical part in moving the business forward.You have a talent for building relationships and communicating effectively, whether it’s working with internal teams, managing external vendors, or engaging with event attendees.You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can manage last-minute changes calmly. Please note that the compensation details listed in this job posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.We have hubs in New York City, Seattle, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
