Perfect — you’ll fit right in.As the Director, Content Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that elevate brand engagement, drive lead generation, and support our client’s overall performance marketing objectives. You will lead a team of talented content creators and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our content strategies align with our clients’ brand voice, support their marketing goals, and deliver measurable results that enhance overall business growth.What You'll Do Here:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with our client’s performance marketing goals and business objectives. Ensure the strategy supports lead generation, brand awareness, and client retention.Content Creation & Management:

Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and more. Ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and performance marketing objectives.Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor and inspire a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and strategists. Provide clear guidance, feedback, and support to ensure content quality and consistency.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the performance marketing, retail media, SEO, and analytics teams to integrate content efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Ensure seamless alignment between content efforts and performance-driven marketing strategies.Content Optimization & Analytics:

Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and success of content initiatives. Continuously refine content strategies based on performance metrics and audience insights to optimize engagement and conversion rates.Brand Voice & Messaging:

Maintain and enhance our client’s brand voice and messaging across all content channels. Ensure content reflects the company’s values, resonates with target audiences, and positions the brand as a thought leader in the industry.Industry Trends & Best Practices:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and performance marketing. Implement innovative and forward-thinking approaches to keep our content strategy ahead of the curve.Budget Management:

Develop and manage the content marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively and track expenditures to ensure ROI.We Need a Person With:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in content marketing or digital marketing are advantageous.Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a performance marketing or digital marketing environment.Skills:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive measurable results. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and performance marketing metrics. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) is a plus.Traits:

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Creative and innovative with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
