ATHLETICS - GENERAL PROGRAM (03300A)Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, develop, coordinate and perform graphic design, digital and social media activities for Loyola University’s varsity athletic teams.Manage all graphic design content creation/editing for Loyola Athletics various communication vehicles including social media, official athletics website, in-game video/scoreboards, newsletters, and corporate sponsorship proposals.Design advertisements; develop, write, edit and design posters, schedule cards, magnets, flyers, newsletters, brochures, and other publications.Oversee all social media campaigns including concept development, activation, measurement, and evaluation.Manage social media vendors, including relationships with various outlets (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).Identify, interpret and capitalize on social media trends and best practices, regularly monitor and evaluate existing platforms and the potential to leverage new ones.Assist with Influencer and Name Image Likeness related platforms and student-athlete brand building initiatives, including supplemental photography.Provide social media education and best practices to coaches and student-athletes on an annual basis or upon request.Perform other related duties as assigned.Minimum Education and/or Work Experience:
