This role will be crucial in expanding our member base, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our unique healthcare sharing model.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive membership growth and organizational expansion.

Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to target potential partners, affiliates, and community organizations.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community leaders.

Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and affiliations to support our mission and growth objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Develop and implement robust marketing strategies to increase Zion HealthShare's visibility and attract new members.

Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, and social media outreach.

Analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and promotional assets.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing and business development professionals.

Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure team objectives align with organizational goals.

Prepare and present regular reports on business development and marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Monitor market trends, member feedback, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Perform other duties as assigned. This may include special projects, cross-departmental initiatives, and other tasks that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

7-10 years of experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on the healthcare or membership-based sectors.

Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital strategies, and business development best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analysis.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
