As a User Testing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the usability and effectiveness of the application by conducting user testing and gathering valuable insights. You will collaborate closely with the project team to provide actionable recommendations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our application's user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our application meets the needs and expectations of our users.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, User Experience Design, or a related fieldProven experience in conducting user research and usability testing, preferably in a software or application development environmentIn-depth knowledge of various user research methodologies, techniques, and best practicesProficiency in planning, executing, and analyzing user testing sessions, including qualitative and quantitative research methodsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insightsWhat's in it for me?
