You join a company that boldly launched an entire industry ... and still leads the way.We are looking for a Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to support our Brand Marketing team by leading the development and execution of a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to establish, defend, and enhance our brand leadership position in the industry. As a Trex Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing, you will set strategic direction for marketing initiatives, including advertising, content, and communications, with a focus on brand positioning, messaging, and overall market presence to drive company growth. This role is key member of our Marketing team.DUTIESConsumer Insights:Lead efforts to analyze the consumer purchase process, identify key support areas, and develop strategies that optimize the consumer journey.Market Understanding:Collaborate with teams to gain deep insights into consumer and trade needs, attitudes, and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable brand marketing strategies.Agency Collaboration:Foster relationships with external agency partners to develop and refine the Trex brand positioning. Identify unique, ownable positioning based on comprehensive consumer and competitive analysis. Partner with Product Marketing Managers to create positioning frameworks for key business lines.Integrated Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement a holistic brand marketing strategy that engages both consumer and trade audiences. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including advertising, PR, digital marketing, and promotional initiatives. Work with agencies to execute these strategies effectively.Budget Management:Recommend and manage marketing budgets to achieve long-term business objectives. Monitor progress against key brand metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with Product, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support the Trex brand across all audiences.Agency Management:Oversee daily relationships with key agency partners, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure quality deliverables. Identify and recruit new agencies as needed to support brand initiatives.Marketing Programs:Lead the development and execution of marketing programs that effectively communicate the Trex brand message and drive engagement.Metrics and Evaluation:Establish and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Direct Reports:

Directly supervise the Brand and Content teams, while collaborating with the broader marketing team and other departments across the company.Travel Requirement:

POSITION TYPEFull-Time Onsite/RegularEXPERIENCEBA/BS in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred.10-12 years' experience in marketing, preferably with a building products company.8+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role required.Strong national consumer brand background required, international preferred.
