About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team, focusing on the development of “The Partner Portal,” a web-based platform built on the Salesforce framework. This role involves creating wireframes, interaction designs, and managing permission architecture to enhance user experiences for dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop wireframes and interaction designs for the Partner Portal, leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
Collaborate with the Research Lead and an experienced Product Designer to ensure the optimal design and functionality of the portal.
Analyze user needs and feedback to propose configuration or customization options that enhance the user experience.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on insights gathered from research and testing.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in UX design, preferably in roles that involved wireframe creation and interaction design.
Experience with web design tools such as Figma and familiarity with HTML5 and JavaScript (coding not required).
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus, though not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate with diverse teams.
Empathy for users and an understanding of their needs, with the ability to translate this into effective design solutions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams, including vendors.
Ability to understand and meet team expectations and provide clear feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design and experience optimization.
