You will gain a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and scope and deliver a wide variety of SEO projects working in close collaboration with our Professional Services teams and partners.Highlights of what we offerUnlimited Time Off11 company holidays16 weeks of parental leaveSummer FridaysClassPass SubscriptionTeam building events and initiativesFlexible work policyCommuter benefits401kHealth and Wellness perksYour responsibilities:Engage in discovery sessions to learn about customers’ businesses, their strategic initiatives, goals, and progress towards achieving the goalsCarry out detailed site audits and propose and present SEO strategies and roadmapsWork with customers to execute against their SEO roadmap, presenting SEO concepts and explaining how to make necessary changesPropose keyword and content strategies that are aligned with the customers’ goals and take into account the competitive environmentManage SEO aspects of complex site migrations communicating with various stakeholders including teams within the customers’ organization, agencies, e-commerce vendors, and other specialist third partiesSupport customers in interpreting data and deriving insights; guide them on the design of custom reporting solutions to be developed in collaboration with the Professional Services teamAct as a feedback loop providing valuable feedback to our product and engineering groupYour qualifications:At least 7+ years as an SEO consultant with enterprise customers, or as an in-house SEO manager for a medium to large website, covering all aspects of SEO from high-level strategy down to technical SEOSignificant customer-facing experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations with large account/project management experienceSome experience with Javascript though fluency is not requiredExperience with CDNs is an advantageInterpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business profiles and influence at all levelsExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detailHiring Process:30 minutes with the Talent Acquisition team45 minutes with our VP of Consulting Services45 minutes with a member of our Consulting Services team1-hour presentation with the SVP of Global Services and the Consulting Services teamSalary: Up to $130,000 plus bonus.We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
