Marketing Vice President for Senior Living at ndm , you will be responsible for achieving our Senior Living client’s marketing objectives and for overall client health. You’ll lead your internal team to deliver on clients’ goals, objectives, and strategic direction, working closely with the Director, Client Service & Strategy to foster a culture of growth and development within the team.Responsibilities:Manage senior living client portfolio and management of a 10+ person teamLead and inspire Client Service & Strategy teams through strategic consultation and the delivery of quality, timely project workEstablish yourself as a thought leader for the company and as a senior living expertDrive and execute business goals, including achieving customer success, strengthening client brands, profitability, and achieving revenue goalsDevelop valuable partnerships by providing strategic support and actionable insights driving client ROI, and effectively guiding strategies and programs from ideation through planning, evaluation, and implementationCultivate relationships that include Exec-Level and business counterparts to ensure the growth of client relationships and lead occupancy analytics/data insight transformational opportunitiesStrategically manage cross-functional relationships with leaders throughout the company to implement solutions that advance the client experienceOccasional travel for client meetings and relevant conferencesQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, business, communications or related field12-15+ years of relevant experience or previous agency experienceSenior living experience highly preferredSelf-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to independently manage client communitiesExtensive integrated omnichannel advertising experienceProven track record of developing strong client relationshipsSkills and Abilities:Microsoft Suite (required)Wrike (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with a keen attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong people skills to navigate a range of personalitiesAbility to build strategic client relationships and partnershipsStrong leadership skills (developing others, building a successful team, leadership disposition)Strong business acumenAbility to be decisive and make things happenAbility to drive resultsBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off401(k)
