This role requires a well-rounded individual who can manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize website performance, and collaborate on design elements that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing skills, technical web development knowledge, and a passion for design.Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.Website Programming & Design:- Manage and maintain the company website/microsites, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, functional, and aligned with branding and marketing goals.- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing web pages, landing pages, and digital assets.- Work with CMS platforms to build and modify website content, structure, and templates.Graphic Design:- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, flyers, and advertisements.- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing assets that align with brand guidelines and messaging.- Edit images, create infographics, and produce original illustrations as needed for campaigns and other marketing initiatives.- Ensure consistency of design across all channels, including print, web, and digital advertising.Digital Marketing & Content Creation:- Assist with the creation of email marketing campaigns, including design and content input, tracking performance, and recommending improvements.- Collaborate on video projects, providing graphic assets and design support for video production.- Contribute to the development of blog posts, social media updates, and other digital content that reflects the company’s voice and objectives.Brand Management:- Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all marketing platforms, ensuring design standards are met.- Develop and refine brand style guides and templates to be used across departments.SEO & Website Optimization:- Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.- Monitor website performance metrics, including traffic, load times, and user behavior, and recommend improvements.- Conduct regular audits of the website for errors, broken links, and outdated content.Analytics & Reporting:- Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversions, bounce rate) and provide regular reports on website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.- Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track user engagement and optimize digital strategies accordingly.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo).Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design trends.Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, Design, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or web development.Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Schedule & Travel: In-Office Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
