Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Director, Marketing & Demand Generation to join our growing team based in Washington, D.C. As a Director, Marketing & Demand Generation, you will be instrumental in leading the efforts in conferences/events, digital marketing, social media, collateral, content, etc. in support of the CaryHealth’s brand and portfolio of solutions/brands. In this role, you will be responsible for demand generation and ABM strategies, orchestrating the execution of digital, account-based, field marketing programs, content, collateral and industry events to drive leads and opportunities and achieve pipeline goals. The successful candidate will be a strong and creative marketing professional who can demonstrate past success building effective campaigns, creating SaaS marketing funnels, generating demand, and creating dominant market positions for new and existing B2B technology products, ideally within the digital health market, with a strong understanding of marketing those solutions to the pharmaceutical/life sciences vertical. Having the same skill sets and knowledge within the health system/hospitals/providers and health plans is an added plus. Key Responsibilities Develop overarching strategy and plan to generate an increasing flow of qualified leads to fuel both short-term and long-term growth, leveraging a variety of demand generation approaches including account-based marketing, email, paid media, events, webinars, etc. Own the strategy and direction of our event series, to amplify the CaryHealth brand and solution portfolio, deepen customer relationships, and generate new business Design overarching strategy for CaryHealth's presence at industry events Foster relationships with sales leadership and client executives to map and deliver programs across customer journeys Interlock with teams to ensure alignment on priorities and planning, adjusting as required by sales segment, changing market conditions, and emerging opportunities Align with brand, campaign, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and differentiated messaging based on buyer personas and target segments Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of proven work experience in demand/field marketing, campaign management, growth marketing, or related function. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Experience in spearheading and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Experience with marketing and AI marketing tools. Strong B2B marketing experience. Ability to build and manage SaaS marketing funnels. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent collaborator who can demonstrate ownership of initiatives while working with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed. Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible to apply for this position. Preferred Qualifications Pharma/Life sciences industry and/or clinical development area desired. Well-rounded marketing experience with proven ability to build and deploy robust multi-channel go-to-market plans with demonstrated growth and success. Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture, weaving demand plans into the marketing plan. Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate the organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans. Self-starter exhibiting agility with ability to thrive in a test, learn, optimize environment. Proven demonstration of the ability to utilize marketing to help drive pipeline growth and lead generation. Familiarity with various industry tools and the ability to build & adjust infrastructure as needed to support marketing initiatives and optimize performance.
