Uber for Business (U4B) empowers companies of all sizes to offer mobility and delivery benefits to their staff, customers, and stakeholders. The U4B Product Design team creates the necessary infrastructure and user interfaces for enterprise clients to manage and provide mobility and delivery benefits to their stakeholders. This includes booking rides or deliveries on behalf of others, monitoring usage and compliance, and enabling the seamless transfer of value in the form of rides or deliveries. As a Product Designer, this candidate will draw on their extensive work experience and training to design and enhance Uber's customer-facing products, technology, and infrastructure. Your goal will be to create exceptional customer experiences for our mobility and delivery services worldwide.As a Product Designer, you'll collaborate with design-oriented engineers, product managers, and some of the world's best designers and researchers in a rapidly growing environment.What You Will DoCreate wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to solve complex UX problemsPresent work in various mediums and fidelities throughout the design processGive and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for qualityPartner with our UX research team to understand the needs of our customers and integrate findings into design approachesBrainstorm and iterate with your design colleaguesEngage in points of collaboration with engineers to build your designsShip, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedbackBasic Qualifications3+ years of Product Design experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience leading product design, at least three years but potentially much moreExceptional UX (interaction design) skills, robust UI (visual design) skillsEffective prototyping skillsA portfolio demonstrating your high-quality designs and problem-solving abilityExperience designing complex web tools for enterprise or consumer applicationsExperience working on systems or service designConsumer mobile design experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation and storytelling skillsUber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
