The Program Marketing Manager is charged with the development, planning, and execution of results-oriented, integrated, strategic marketing programs aimed at maximizing program awareness, engagement, and revenue. They will ensure projects lead to audience growth and execute successful promotions to both attract new and retain current, audiences.

Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Key Areas of Responsibility:In partnership with the CMO and Creative Services Director, will ensure all marketplace communication is aligned with Valley of the Sun JCC (VOS) brand positioning to deliver differentiation across target audiences with an external view to growing in the marketplace.Own the day-to-day management of internal client relationships across program areas and departments, including Membership, Early Childhood, Development, Aquatics, Fitness, Youth, Adult, Camp, etc.Lead the management and flow of marketing programs, evaluating departmental needs and strategically delegating tasks to team members while providing them with essential program knowledge.Develop, plan, and execute innovative marketing programs and campaigns designed to accomplish established program marketing objectives on time.Write engaging and impactful on-brand copy, connecting programs to customers and community, "owning" your project work, and being accountable for its success in the marketplace.Work across departments to ensure that our customer experience, both in-person and online, is consistent and of the highest quality, reflects agency guidelines, consistency of voice, and meets functional needs.Collaborate with in-house and third-party resources to take projects from concept and development to final delivery - providing copywriting, messaging, and/or proofing, as needed.Regularly update the website to ensure information is current and enhance the user experience, utilizing WordPress.Manage social media, digital networks, and the newsletter process to keep members informed about upcoming programs and events.Demonstrate a strong creative perspective and bring fresh ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns.Education Qualifications:Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.Previous Experience:3+ years of marketing experience, including the development, planning and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing programs, marketing communications, promotional programs, public relations and brand building.Previous success managing simultaneous projects, budgets and deadlines with ability to plan, achieve and evaluate results individually and through others.Other Requirements:Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with staff and colleagues across the agency.Passion for building and growing community.Knowledge of artwork development, media, PR, Social, Digital, and advertising processes.Skilled in writing and delivering engaging weekly newsletters to members.Familiar with vendor relationships, as well as printing and production processes.Experienced in printing in-house marketing materials and delivering them on-time.Ability to work with limited resources while still being creative and effective.Ability to prioritize work, use good judgment, pay attention to detail, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and carry projects through to completion in a timely manner.Results-oriented team player with the ability to take initiative and drive programs.Strong writing and communication skills; experience in copywriting will be considered an asset.Must be highly self-motivated, personally & professionally resilient, enthusiastic, passionate, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.Excellent computer skills; proficient in MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Monday.com, WordPress, Hootsuite; experience with digital advertising and SEO a plus.
