The Position
Responsible for supporting the quoting and ordering process for commercial and residential sectional garage doors through the creation of door assembly drawings. Qualifications
Associate degree in CAD design and/or drafting; or equivalentProficiency in AutoCADProficient knowledge of Drafting practices

Responsibilities
Create 2-dimensional drawings in AutoCAD.
Exterior view scaled Depiction Drawings.Interior view Application Drawings with installation, track, and operator dimensioning.
Apply standard calculations and guidelines for installation clearances and reaction loads.Pro-actively communicate with Customer Care and internal support teams to resolve product configuration questions.Read, interpret, and understand bills of materials.Check dimensions, verify finished work, and compile required documentation.
