Our client, a leading commercial design company, is seeking a Sales Director to join their team. As a Sales Director, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Las Vegas team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving sales goals, and experience in business development.

Build and lead a high-performing sales teamMotivate and inspire the sales forceTrain team members on how to prospect, present, and close dealsBecome an expert in our sales and implementation processGain expert knowledge in using all our software tools including Smartsheets, Insightly, Hedberg, Zoominfo, and Microsoft Office 365.Lead efforts for business development in all marketsWork with our Marketing department to cultivate strategic relationships with key Architecture and Design (A&D), Commercial Real Estate firms (CRE), and General Contractors (GC)Develop and implement strategies to become the market share leader for every marketLead the team in creating winning bid response strategiesUnderstand and implement vendor alignment strategies as determined by leadershipWhat's Needed?
10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals5+ years of experience in a leadership roleExperience in business development and building strategic relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and inspire a sales forceWhat's in it for me?
