About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a range of performance media channels for Nanit. This role will help drive the strategic framework to grow customer acquisition efforts. We're looking for a strategic thinker with expertise in performance marketing channels. You have a data-driven mindset and a proven-track record delivering measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our acquisition efforts align with greater business goals. As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to test innovative ideas and drive incremental impact for Nanit.

What you will be doing:Develop and implement acquisition strategies across paid media platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok and Amazon, measuring effectiveness through incrementality testing and experimentationPartner closely with external media agencies and partners to continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, regularly making data-driven decisions to optimize for KPIsOversee and manage a performance media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROILead creative content strategy and testing roadmap, working closely with creative & social teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning, messaging and user journey optimizationPrepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvementResearch and identify new opportunities to drive Nanit's acquisition efforts efficiently and sustainably.What we are looking for:

5+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically building multi-channel strategies in Google Ads, Meta, TIkTok or AmazonFamiliarity with attribution modeling and incrementality measurement approaches a plusProficiency in SQL or creating reports in platforms like Looker or TableauPrior experience managing budgets that directly impact P/LA strong sense for brand and details; an eye for creativity that gets resultsAbility to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actionHigh level of business acumen with an analytical approachExcellent communication skillsAble to manage multiple deadlines and thrives under pressure in a fast paced environmentA self-starter that's excited to join and contribute to a mission driven companyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
