You will oversee all digital marketing efforts, from customer acquisition campaigns to website optimization and marketing automation, ensuring a personalized and impactful customer journey. You get to collaborate across departments and manage external partnerships to drive our growth goals, providing leadership in all digital marketing aspects.A typical day might include the followingCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; managing performance; rewarding and coaching associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and organizational goals. Provide guidance and expertise in key digital marketing areas including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, display ads, email marketing).Website (CMS) Ownership: Oversee the bank's website management (CMS), ensuring it is optimized for user experience (UX), lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Work closely with developers and the UX team to implement enhancements and personalization features.Personalization and Automation: Use data-driven insights to create personalized customer experiences across digital channels. Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to streamline lead nurturing and customer journeys.KPI Ownership and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Omni-Channel Marketing Leadership: Coordinate digital marketing efforts with traditional marketing campaigns to ensure a cohesive omni-channel experience. Leverage digital and offline marketing tactics to provide seamless member experiences across all touchpoints.Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with digital platforms, fintech ecosystems, influencers, and third-party vendors to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.Content Development Oversight: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI). Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality delivery.Fintech Competitor Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring fintech competitors and identifying innovative digital strategies that can be adapted to our bank's digital marketing efforts.Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure all digital marketing initiatives comply with financial services regulations, maintaining the integrity and trust of the bank's brand.This job description should not be considered all-inclusive. EducationHigh School DiplomaBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications Required.Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications Preferred.Experience5 to 8 years of similar or related experience of digital marketing experience.1 to 3 years of similar or related experience in a managerial role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a tech-driven environment.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProven track record of leading digital marketing teams and driving successful customer acquisition campaigns.Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and experience managing websites with a focus on UX, SEO, and CRO.Expertise in personalization techniques and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid search (PPC), social media, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.Experience with omni-channel marketing and the ability to align digital strategies with offline marketing efforts.Proven ability to manage digital marketing KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.Understanding of financial regulations and experience ensuring marketing compliance within the banking or fintech industry.Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop and execute a forward-thinking digital marketing strategy that drives growth and enhances the bank's competitive edge.Analytical Mindset: Expert in analyzing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions, and continuously improving digital marketing efforts.Innovative Thinking: A creative thinker with the ability to adopt fintech-like strategies and implement new technologies to stay competitive in the digital space.Agility and Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to pivot quickly as new opportunities or challenges arise.Why join the OneAZ team?
