Digital Adoption Specialist

to join a dynamic, creative team at Throughline, a premier visual information design firm. This position supports the Digital Department's Innovation and Culture Team at Naval Air Systems Command. The Digital Department's mission is to provide a secure digital environment that empowers the workforce to meet NAVAIR priorities and mission quickly and effectively.As a Digital Adoption Specialist at Throughline, you will be pivotal in planning, executing, and delivering digital capabilities to the NAVAIR Workforce. You will be a key interface between the NAVAIR Digital Department, NAVAIR Program Teams, subordinate Commands, and external organizations. You must demonstrate the ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and information technology skills.Key Functions:You will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful integration and utilization of digital tools, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, across the organization, which involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives, driving user adoption through well-structured change management strategies.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Identifying challenges and fostering a culture of continuous learning.Designing training programs and user-friendly resources that empower employees.Developing communication plans to keep the workforce informed and engaged.Providing ongoing user support while collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues.Establishing KPIs to measure success and leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement in digital adoption efforts.In this role, you will support overarching communications, change management, and project management initiatives by working closely with internal and external NAVAIR organizations to design, implement, and execute long- and short-term digital transformation objectives.Required Credentials and Skills:Bachelor's degree with a focus in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Information Technology.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite of tools.Strong analytical skills to use data and metrics to optimize digital adoption strategies.Proven track record of managing end-to-end digital transformation or user adoption projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder coordination.Advanced skills in presenting and training in hybrid or remote settings.Desired Skills:Experience working in a creative or human-centered-design environment.Experience consulting for senior-level clients.Experience working in change management.Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate.Work Location:This position is based in Pax River and has a hybrid work schedule in Leonardtown, Maryland, and your home office.Pay Range:

$81,100 -- $112,900.
