What you'll be doing...The Manager, Creator Marketing (Latino) will manage creator marketing and community engagement for the Latino/Hispanic market segment. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of a compelling, on-brand strategic vision for Latino creators across social media platforms, with a focus on reaching Latino/Hispanic audiences. We’re looking for an experienced creator marketer who is data-driven and versed in activating Latino communities and creators for business impact. This person should be culturally attuned, forward-thinking, and data-driven – possessing equal parts “creative brain” and “strategic brain” to join our team.

This role will manage creator campaigns end-to-end, that drive both the brand and the business in the Latino market, while also strategically evaluating work from our partner agencies. They will be responsible for generating comprehensive, data-driven, and consumer-centric creator plans that inform all channels for Verizon Consumer Group and bring our brand closer to consumers through authentic content and engaging conversations. They will acquire and share a deep knowledge of the industry, including the competitive landscape, category disruptors, and key business issues that affect Verizon. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, our ideal candidate has a collaborative approach, is solution-oriented, and builds strong relationships with both internal and external agency teams.

Managing creator campaigns, with partner agencies that drive alignment with overall business strategy and goals.

Developing thorough and integrated creator strategies and briefs using data analysis and creativity.

Intuitively adapting to the ever-changing landscape of social platforms/social content, and actively advises the team on how our content should reflect these changes.

Establishing oneself as a thought leader for the Latino and creator community. Understanding our Verizon business needs regarding Latino and how a creator strategy integrates into the business goals, forming strong working relationships with internal clients to become their trusted strategic partner.

Preparing presentations and materials to share with key business stakeholders to provide updates and insight into the team’s activities.

Serving as a key contributor to how Verizon interacts, partners, and builds relationships within the influencer-marketing space.

Understand how organic and paid media can work together across the largest social platforms to provide reach and/or engagement, although you won’t be owning the paid media portion of the strategy.

Working with data, analytics, and media teams, to identify and illuminate the data’s narrative and frame the implications.

Facilitating team brainstorms to stimulate unexpected ideas and initiatives.

You’re a strong campaign manager with an understanding and passion for creator and digital marketing. You have your finger on the pulse of cultural trends, memes, and conversation topics – all the things that define and move culture in today’s world – and you track how it’s evolving. You are a relentless advocate for the consumer and know how to put their voice at the center of all our work, in service of creating content that drives interest and engagement.

What we're looking for...You'll need to have:

Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Experience in creator partnerships, creator marketing, talent management, and operations experience.

Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience briefing creator agency partners.

Experience in social media judgment (e.g., knowing what to post and when to post it).

Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, and/or social media strategy and execution.

Experience maintaining positive client relationships, delivering strategic council, and successfully troubleshooting client and internal issues.

Knowledge with optimizing content on specific social media platforms to drive engagement.

Ability to craft strategic POVs on industry-related topics in an ever-changing media landscape, and deliver them clearly and concisely.

Sound business and professional ethics.

Shows confidence in front of an audience; ability to be the ‘center of the room’.

Ability to accomplish work independently with minimal guidance.

Experience managing complex 360 degree & digital campaigns, including working closely with creative teams to tailor campaign messaging to specific media channels.

Platform proficiency, competent in ad platforms including but not limited to paid social, programmatic display, search, and remarketing.

Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate difficult issues.

Experience in team oversight and talent development.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Experience building learning plans for both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives.

Flexibility, patience, empathy, and a sense of humor.

Strong analytical skills, and understanding of KPI measurement and attribution.

Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $106,000.00 and $197,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
