Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation:

Houston, TXResponsibilitiesCrawford is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Team! The ideal candidate would have experience in customizing campaigns and scaling those across an organization utilizing Digital Marketing software and other digital marketing tools including website retargeting, geofencing, and SEO/PPC campaigns. You would also constantly look for process improvements, with the main goal of moving the business forward and generating revenue.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid media campaigns from conception to launch.Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs.Implement marketing automation processes, proactively researching, and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.Manage the email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.Create content for and build high conversion landing pages which includes creating and editing HTML.Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.Create sound digital graphic design.Reporting & AnalysisUnderstand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute performance to key leaders.Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.Responsible for managing the flow of leads from Marketing to Sales.
