Join our team and be a key contributor in shaping the future of wealth management.Job Responsibilities :Establish and manage social media calendars for the company and individual advisor teamsDevelop compelling copy and identify relevant articles for digital channels, campaigns, and internal communicationsCoordinate in-person and virtual events – including venue, catering, and follow-upCollaborate with advisors to develop custom marketing materialsSupport all administrative needs, as they ariseRequirements :Minimum of 3 years as a marketing associate or relevant experience (preferably in a marketing agency or financial services setting)Demonstrated ability to create and manage social media content calendarsSkilled copywriter, with financial services expertiseExperience in measuring effectiveness of marketing initiativesExperience in planning and executing events, from logistics to follow-upExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong organization, time management skills, and eye for designMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyExperience with Slack, Google Workspace, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with HubSpot and Webflow is preferred
